If you’ve been trying to access your Thomson Holidays Booking using their “Manage My Booking” facility at
you’ll find that all you’ll get is a “The Manage My Booking website is currently unavailable” message.
We’ve spoken to Thomson about this and they confirm that the utility has been experiencing difficulties for the last two days. They are hoping to have it live again on Saturday morning.
If you have a Thomson Holidays balance to pay you can phone them or wait until Thomson “Manage My Booking” goes live again.
Update (Sunday 24th February) : The Thomson Manage My Booking facility went live for a short period on Saturday evening but it was exceedingly slow and suffered from Timeouts. The system is again offline this morning. We have no further information on when it will be live again.Share
